Aike — Creative Mind and Future Leader

Aike is an 11th-grade student who loves creativity, communication, and self-development. She studies German, planning to continue her education in Europe. Aike expresses herself through dance and design, always combining creativity with ambition — something that makes her truly unique. Her dream is to study abroad. As her first step, she plans to apply to AUCA Foundation Year, and later continue her studies in Germany. Right now, she is choosing between Business and Interior Design, as both fields inspire her in different ways. After joining the TIFE Business Program, Aike received a 60% scholarship for four years of study in a business-related faculty. The program connected her with successful entrepreneurs and inspiring speakers who shared valuable insights and life lessons — helping her become more confident and motivated about her future. During the two-month program, Aike and her teammates attended weekly seminars, business breakfasts, and networking events. She learned to present her ideas clearly, strengthened her leadership and teamwork skills, and improved her public speaking. They also met local influencers who shared their experiences and encouraged the students to dream big. The project focused on entrepreneurial thinking and creativity. Each week, Aike’s team worked on real business challenges and presented their solutions. This hands-on experience taught her how to communicate effectively, manage her time, and stay confident under pressure. Aike joined the program to step out of her comfort zone and explore her interest in business and leadership. Along the way, she met many ambitious, open-minded peers — and discovered that with the right mindset and effort, anything is possible.
