Alan — Young Leader and Changemaker

Alan is an 11th-grade student passionate about language learning, diplomacy, 3D modeling, business innovation, politics, law, and music. He speaks English fluently, Russian natively, and has intermediate skills in Kyrgyz, Korean, and Ukrainian, as well as basic knowledge of German and Arabic. He has led and organized various youth and environmental initiatives, including seminars, quizzes, and networking events reaching more than 350 participants. Alan’s article was published on the Ministry of Education website, and he represented his school at the 7th Regional Research & Practical Conference for Young Scientists. He participated in the Economics Olympiad, Kupuev Model UN, and the Kelechek Career Forum supported by the U.S. Embassy. Since 2014, Alan has been an active member of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, organizing humanitarian and awareness campaigns, and serving in the National Disaster Response Team. Within the public organization “New Rhythm”, he has managed cultural and youth projects, including the “Ochpo” Festival (2025), for which he received a Letter of Appreciation from the Migrant Resource Centre. Currently, he is co-organizing an upcoming Youth Festival (August 30, 2025) and preparing a peacebuilding training in Jalal-Abad. Among his achievements are participation in the Economics Olympiad (2024–2025) and several letters of recommendation and certificates of appreciation recognizing his leadership and community contribution.
