Business Studies Teacher, Nexus International College

I was born in Osh in 1980, and my professional journey has always been about people, growth, and purpose. For more than twenty years I have worked at the intersection of education, creativity, and entrepreneurship — as a teacher, business consultant, and mentor.

At Nexus International College, I teach Business Studies and help students see how ideas can turn into real projects. My goal is to awaken in them an entrepreneurial mindset — one that values leadership, innovation, and responsibility.

Beyond Nexus, I lead TIREK, a business development agency that supports women entrepreneurs across Kyrgyzstan. I’ve also coordinated creative and social projects with organizations such as UNDP, GIZ, and the OSCE, and I’m proud to be part of initiatives that empower communities and make education more meaningful.

For me, teaching is not only about knowledge — it’s about confidence, empathy, and the belief that every person can make an impact.
